District 8-6A most overrated district

I've seen where a few of their posters go on other sites and tout them being a tough or the best district in the state but after two weeks I think that's a bunch of hog wash. To early to call the district overrated, but agree the start hasn't been anything spectacular. Will get a better idea when district play starts and the POs. Cedar Hill has a lot of work to do after their showing against Bowie last night.

DESoto is a team ranked on DFW bias. It's a program that's hasn't done anything but yet on message boards people make them out to be so great. They are a program on par with the likes of Westfield and The Woodlands

I don't know how anybody could argue against 8-6A as being the toughest in the state. What a gauntlet that is.

As for me. I grew up in Lewisville. Have always followed Lewisville and Marcus and then other LISD schools after that. Been following Lewisville and Marcus since 1986 when I was 5 years old

You call it, the Mansfield game, Marcus was no match! As far as the Cedar Hill team, they and the fans knew the implications of the Mansfield game. Even in that game they lost by 3 points in the final minute, the staff was out coach by Mansfield. There is a DB that has been burn because his cover skills are terrible the last two years. Mansfield isolated him and torch him badly for three TDs until he was replace in the 2nd halve. This same 5'9" has multiple D1 offers, which is crazy, I don't see him on a football field again.
