Made with corn or flour tortillas? Tacos are tortillas folded in half not rolled and should be made with corn tortillas but you can use flour.

Usually corn, but I've seen flour. They're rolled like an enchilada. (almost always on the kids menu)

DFW at some tex mex places. My son came home one day and said Mrs. So and So fixed enchiladas for us with flour tortillas. I said then you had burrittos. He said no she called them enchiladas. They were from up north. I

Those are made with flour tortillas. So flour=burrito

Lol. All of this and Mr. Jag pointed out I stack my enchiladas and don't roll them. But they are made with corn tortillas.

I have always preferred corn tortillas, but Mr. preferred flour. However we have found he is gluten intolerant so no mas flour tortillas for him.

Not when you stack on the plate. If you stack them in a casserole dish then it is an enchilada casserole.

They all have flour tortillas but have corn as well. Two different tortillas for different dishes.
