The Abilene High Eagles continued district play Tuesday with a win over the Odessa High Bronchos. Abilene High won the road contest 61-48.
Early in the game, the Eagles forced a turnover, and Diamond Gary was able to finish it off on the other end. That bucket tied things up.
A bit later, with the Eagles trailing by four, Austin Johnson got his lay-up to fall to bring it back to a two point game.
The Eagles would move in front of Odessa High, and go on to take this game 61-48. They're now 2-0 in district play.
In the girls game, the Lady Eagles fell to Odessa High 54-50. They're now 1-3 in district play.
