The Cisco Lady Loboes are moving on to the Area round of the Class 3A playoffs after winning a close game over Coleman Tuesday night at McMurry's Kimbrell Arena.
In the first quarter, the Lady Loboes were able to take an early lead when Kelsey Kent rocked in a three from the wing. That put Cisco up by three.
Later in the quarter, Cisco was leading, but Coleman was doing everything they could to stay in it. Kensi Bledsoe found Emily Milward in the paint. Milward got her close shot to go to cut Cisco's lead down to four.
But the Lady Loboes were too much in this game. Natalie Cortez got the feed, and she laced in a three to extend Cisco's lead to five.
This game went down to the wire, but it was Cisco coming out on top. They take it 43-40, and advance to the Area round.
