The Cooper Cougars closed out the regular season Tuesday night with a 61-58 loss to the Plainview Bulldogs. The playoffs are up next for the Cougars.
In the second quarter, the Cougars trailed, but Issac Moreno drained a three to make it a four point game,
Late in the quarter, the Bulldogs were on a fast break, and Jake Delagarza finished with a transition bucket to extend the Plainview lead to ten.
Cooper would make it interesting late in the game, but couldn't overtake the Bulldogs as they fall 61-58. The playoffs are up next for the Cougars.
