The ACU Wildcats fell to the Incarnate Word Thursday night, 74-70. The Wildcats will close out the season Saturday against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
In the first quarter, Jaylen Franklin was able to get a bucket and a foul to to give the Wildcats a one point lead.
A bit later the Cats were able to extend their lead when Franklin got to the rim for a quick score.
The Cardinals moved back in front when Kyle Hittle got his close shot to go. That put Incarnate Word up by one.
