The Wylie Lady Bulldogs are the most experienced team at the state tournament with six appearances in the last seven years.
They have a fight coming their way on Friday down in San Antonio.
Waco La Vega is next for the Lady Bulldogs.
La Vega is ranked third in the state.
Wylie is seventh.
This could be a very good game.
Head coach Kurt Richardson said, "Man, they're good. They're at state for the third year in a row just like we are. Their best player, last name Landrum, she's going to Baylor, I believe. She can attack the goal. She can shoot it from way out. They're very athletic, very active in their defense. When we played them over the Christmas tournament, she got going on us kind of early. We're going to try to keep her from doing that."
Wylie and La Vega meet on Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Alamodome.
