The Wylie Bulldogs are headed to the regional finals for the fourth time in a row after their 61-52 victory over Lubbock Estacado Friday night.
In the second quarter, Estacado's Christian Benninggs shoots the jumper, it's no good, but he tries again and makes the bucket. The Bulldogs led by one at that point.
On the other side of the court, Wylie goes out to Chris Henderson for the three as the Bulldogs lead by two, but Estacado did not back down.
Zack Harris misses his shot, but Bennings is right there to rebound for the Mats as Estacado tied it up.
What started out with turnovers from both teams and weak shooting in the first half ended with the Bulldogs pulling away and heading to the regional finals where they will take on Levelland at 1 p.m. in Lubbock.
