Bulldogs Plan to Utilize Their Experience

The Clyde Bulldogs are one of the hottest teams heading into the postseason.

Head Coach Colby Rowley's team was undefeated in district play and are hoping for a long run in the playoffs.

Most of the team is returning from last year's area finalist team, and the Bulldogs plan to lean on that experience.

"We have a lot of returning starters," Rowley said. "A lot of young guys that have started for a long time for us a bunch of three and four year starters, so experience is one of our biggest keys, but also past teams having success and building a foundation for us, for the future has been a big key this year."

"Our first goal that we had set was, win district before anything else, and then last year we got knocked out in the second round which wasn't what we really were planning, but this year we're planning to go a lot further," Tanner Broadfoot said.

Clyde starts it's playoff run Friday night in Eastland against Early. Game one starts at 7 p.m., and game two is Saturday at 2 p.m.
