Thursday night started off the third round of the high school softball playoffs.
The Wylie Lady Bulldogs and the Brownwood Lady Lions met for the fourth time this season in game one of their series at ACU.
In the first inning Brownwood jumped on the board when Victoria Sanchez launches it all the way over the scoreboard.
The Lady Lions led 1-0.
In the bottom of the frame, Cheyanne Ellett got it done on the mound getting Shelby Russell swinging to end the inning.
Then in the second, Ayanna Clemons smashed one of her own over the left field fence scoring two runs. Brownwood led 3-0.
The Lady Bulldogs came back from trailing 5-0 to win it 7-6.
Game two is Saturday at ACU at 3 p.m.
