Clyde and Bangs played in a one-game playoff at ACU in class 3A at ACU Friday afternoon.
In the first inning, Clyde's Bekah Chance got Erin Anderson to cut and miss, and that's strike three to end the frame.
There was some pitcher on pitcher crime in the bottom of the first. Anderson got Chance to strike out.
It was a real pitcher's duel at ACU. Kynedi Bradley can't figure out Chance's pitch, so she strikes out looking.
This was a good game as Clyde slips past bangs 2-1.
The Lady Bulldogs are in the regional semi's for the sixth time since 1994.
