Wylie and Brownwood finished up the regional quarterfinals in dramatic fashion Saturday afternoon.
After Wylie took game one on Friday, Brownwood answered back in game two.
Wylie scored one run in the first but was shut down when Brownwood's got out of the inning with a big double play.
The Lady Lions answered in the bottom of the frame when Cheyanne Ellett smashed one to the fence scoring two Brownwood runs, and the Lady Lions led 2-1.
The Lady Lions had a big fourth inning scoring four runs as they evened the series with a 6-2 victory.
Game three was a fight. Wylie led 3-1 most of the game until the seventh when Brownwood tied it up.
The game went to nine innings before Brownwood finally gets the 5-4 win. They advance to the regional semifinals.
