In the class 3A playoffs, the Clyde Bulldogs are the 18th ranked team in the state and rolling in the playoffs.
It's about to get real for the Bulldogs this weekend, though as the 10th ranked Wall Hawks are waiting in the regional quarterfinals.
It will be a challenge, but the Bulldogs are excited to take on that challenge.
"I think any time you have two top twenty teams going at it, it makes it a little bit more fun for, not just us, but the fans," head coach Colby Rowley said. "It makes it kind of a big deal around the area, and that's the kind of games you want to be playing in."
"Yeah we are excited," Payton Lopez said. "We've been waiting all year to get another shot at Wall so we can, I guess have another chance, but we're ready. We're more ready than we've ever been."
"Yeah we're pretty excited for it," Jordon Potter said. "We're just kind of looking at it as another game, but I mean it ought to be fun."
This series starts Friday afternoon at ACU.
Game one is at 4, and game two is Saturday at 11 a.m.
