Brownwood, Snyder, Colorado City and Clyde are the four Big Country softball teams left in the playoffs.
The Clyde Lady Bulldogs have not made it this far in the playoffs during head coach Erica Jones' time with the team, and neither have any of the girls.
So, what makes this team so special? So different than past teams? Coach Jones says it's all about timing.
"We didn't peak too early. It took us a little bit to figure everything out, and now that we have the right people in the right places, we're kind of meshing well," Jones said.
"I think we just have so much chemistry, and we work well together," senior Kenedee Reeves said. "We want to win for each other, so."
The Lady Bulldogs will take on Colorado City in the class 3A regional finals this coming weekend.
