A game three, eight inning battle went down between Jim Ned and Shallowater Friday afternoon in Snyder.
Shallowater took an early lead in the first inning and led 3-0 until the fourth.
Jim Ned scored two runs in the fourth, but the Mustangs took those runs right back, and heading to the seventh they led 5-2.
In the top of the seventh, it looked like the Mustangs had the game wrapped up, but the Indians had other plans.
Shallowater gave up one run in the seventh, but with two outs and the score 5-3, Jim Ned went on a role. The top of the seventh ended with the Indians taking an 8-5 lead.
The Mustangs fought back in the bottom of the frame scoring three runs to tie it up and send the regional semifinal to extra innings.
Jim Ned had a huge eighth inning as well.
First of all, Ty Stewart smashed a line drive shot to left center that kept going over the wall as the Indians took a 9-8 lead.
Later in the frame Garrett Frazier launched a homer of his own over the wall in center that added two more runs to the score.
The Indians led 12-8 going into the bottom of the eighth.
Shallowater got their chance though. Connor Smith knocked a grounder up the middle, JD Townsend slid in and tied it all up at 12.
As if the game couldn't get any crazier, it did. With the bases loaded for Simons, he wears the first pitch, and takes the base to score the winning run.
What a way for this one to end an unbelievable game at Moffett Field.
Shallowater wins the series by winning the game 13-12, and they move on to regional finals with win.
