    North South Split FCA Basketball Game


    The annual FCA All Star Festival kicked off Saturday down in Brownwood with the girls and boys basketball games.



    The girls started earlier in the afternoon with the North vs. the South All Stars.



    In the first half, Shannon Seale was working the perimeter for the South when she stepped back and sunk the mid range jumper for the first basket of the game.



    On the other end of the court, Britny Beaver missed the shot, but Olivia Bill got the rebound and put it up from the block.



    Back to the south now, and Trejouir Wilson drove hard all the way into the line then put up the nice layup.



    At the end of the half with less than three seconds, Raquel Pachicano took the inbounds pass. She threw the ball across the court, and she sunk it to end the half.



    At the half the North All Stars led 23-19, and they hung on to win the game 49-34.




    The boys played their FCA All Star Basketball game Saturday night after the girls' game.



    In the first half, Austin Johnson was at the top of the key. He pulled up and drained the three.



    Then it was the north again. This time the pass went in the corner to Israel Aguirre, and it's his turn for a three as he drained it.



    Janson Head received the pass took a step, then pulled up and it was another three but this time in the South's favor.



    Still in the first half it was Head again. He dribbled around the left side and pulled up for a nice jumper.



    The South had a huge run in the third quarter, but the North hung in their in the fourth quarter; however, the South took the game 84-77.
