Both the junior Breckenridge All Stars and the 9-11 Dixie All Stars took home championships on Sunday.
Dixie needed to win two games over Waco Midway to clinch the championship.
Both games went Dixie's way, and the first run came when Zakariah Davilia knocked a chopper through the infield bringing Brady Bennett in to score.
Dixie led 1-0.
They added more runs in the first game when Zack Burrow crushed a liner into left scoring two Dixie runs.
The Dixie All Stars took the game 9-3 which forced one more game for all the marbles.
Dixie just kept on rolling.
They took down Waco Midway in five innings 13-2 to clinch the District 5 Section 2 championship.
They're advancing to the Texas West State tournament next weekend at Wylie Little League.
At the junior level, Breckenridge just needed one win over North Arlington
Jake Escalon had a pretty good day. He got Jalen Meyers to watch strike three early in the game.
Then Breckenridge did it on offense.
Aaryn Medina ripped a grounder to third, and instead of tagging the runner running at him, North fired the ball to first. There was an error and Breckenridge added another run.
In the third, North ripped a line drive right at Tristan Garcia, but Garcia made a nice catch to end that half of the inning.
And Breckenridge took down North Arlington 7-1 to clinch the championship and advance.
