CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Hardin-Simmons' women's golf team had three players named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar team for the 2015-16 season.
Seniors Dylan Dawson and Kara Doege along with sophomore Kelsie Guinn were all three named to the team. To be selected players had to have a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average.
Dawson is from Mansfield and is an exercise science graduate with a 3.65 GPA. Doege is a communications sciences and disorders graduate from Monahans and had a 4.0 GPA and Guinn is from Big Spring and is also a speech pathology major with a 4.0 GPA.
The All-American Scholar team consists of golfers from Division I, II and III and NAIA levels.
