Munday Moguls Looking For Better Season

The Munday Moguls struggled to a 4-6 record in 2015, but they are expecting a much better year this season. One reason for that is the arrival of transfer quarterback Jacoby Thomas.

Thomas came to the Moguls last year, and head coach Patrick Corcoran says he's ready to lead Munday onto the field.

Patrick Corcoran said, "He's a smart young man. He understands, he adjusted well last year coming over and going from 6-man to playing 11 on the field, so he adjusted to that through JV. This year he's going to play quarterback for us, so he's got a lot to learn right there, but when you have skill set that he has he can overcome some of the things he doesn't know early, and once he figures it out he should be pretty dangerous."

The Moguls are stacked with 14 positions filled with returning starters from last year. They are picked fourth in the district.
