Abilene's own Case Keenum and his Los Angeles Rams took on the Kansas City Chiefs in their second preseason game last night... and they won that game 21 to 20.
Keenum would go 4 for 5 with 53 yards and one touchdown pass to Pharoah Cooper in the second quarter.
Overall he and his team had a pretty good night, and he is happy with the effort his teammates have been putting in.
Case Keenum said, "you know we're fighting, across the board whoever's out there is fighting. It's not always going to go your way as we saw today and even last week. But to be able to battle through when things aren't going your way, when the ball's not rolling your way, I think can say a lot more about your team than when everything happens to go your way. I'm trying to do the best I can and I think we're doing a pretty good job right now."
Keenum and the Rams travel to Denver to take on the Broncos next Saturday night.
