Clyde Not Satisfied With 3-0 Start

The Clyde Bulldogs enter their game with Cisco ranked 16th in the state in Class 3A Division I.

Head coach Rocky Smart and his team are undefeated with victories over Class 4A Brownwood, state-ranked Eastland, and Ballinger.

The Bulldogs are playing as well as anyone in the area, and they hope to continue that as they continue their preparations for district.

Tanner Broadfoot, "Yeah, we've had a strong start coming in, but we've got to put all of that in past and just keep working harder game by game, always looking forward to the next game."

Tanner Riley said, "We feel great. We are definitely coming together as a team. We are starting to click definitely on offense and defense. The defense has definitely been opportunistic with the take aways, and the offense has been clicking, so far."

Head coach Rocky Smart said, "The next week's opponent is just as tough. There's no time to rest on your laurels or get the big head. You've got to go to work or bad things will happen."

Cisco is next for the Bulldogs.

They play Friday night at Bulldog Stadium in Clyde at 7:30 p.m.
