OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Kenne Kessler, So., F, Hardin-Simmons
Sophomore forward Kenne Kessler (Highland Village, Texas / Marcus HS) had a hat trick against Texas Dallas and then followed that with a goal against Howard Payne. Kessler scored four goals on eight shots. She currently ranks second in the ASC with 10 goals and has three assists on the year.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Kirsten Parrish, Jr., D, Hardin-Simmons
Junior defender Kirsten Parrish (Granbury, Texas / Travis Academy) led the Cowgirls to a pair of shutouts from her center back position, as the defense allowed only five shots total and no shots on goal the entire weekend.
