The Roscoe Plowboys are back in action on Friday in Midland.
The Plowboys are coming off a 79-point outburst in the second round.
That's the most points they've scored since 1930.
So, they are rolling and they take on Seagraves this week.
Roscoe won the first meeting between these district rivals, but the players say they have to take care of business this time around.
Brayden Beal said, "We're not going to go in thinking we've already beat them, because like they tell us, there's 16 teams left in the state, so no one's a slouch no more. We're just going to do what we've been taught in practice all week, and we're going to go play our hardest and come out on top."
Jose Ortega said, "We just got to do the same thing we did the first time and go execute, and we have to have a big week of practice."
Jake Freeman said, "You know we know we're going to have to play extremely hard. We're familiar with each other. You know we came out on top the first time, so they're going to look to avenge that loss, but we're going to tell our kids we're going to stay humble and keep working."
Roscoe looks to make it two in a row over Seagraves on Friday at Midland's Grande Communications Stadium at 2 p.m.
