    Eagles, Coogs and Bulldogs Sweep Tuesday Games

    The Abilene High Eagles took down Weatherford on a very windy day at Blackburn Field.



    Not a ton of runs were scored, but the highlight of the game was pitcher Andrew Bennett who finished giving up just two hits.



    The Eagles move to 6-1 in district thanks to the 3-0 victory.





    Cooper played a late game out in Lubbock against Monterey on Tuesday.



    Ender Freeman got the start pitching, and came out late in the game,



    The Coogs fell behind 3-0 early, but scored 7 straight runs later in the game to secure the win.



    Freeman finished with the win as Cooper took down Monterey 7-3. The are now 5-3 in district play.





    Wylie had another big win on Tuesday night.



    This time taking down Brownwood in 6 inning.



    The Bulldogs trailed 2-0 in the first few innings, but the bats got hot in a hurry.



    Bryce Gist crushed a grandslam to cap off a 6-run fourth inning for Wylie, and the guys kept scoring from there.



    Wylie got the 12-2 win over Brownwood and remain unbeaten in district.
