Texans use four square as a warm-up tactic

Everyone in the NFL has started training camp, and we've been talking a lot about the Cowboys of course.

It's time to see what's going on with the Texans out in West Virginia.

They're working hard but also having fun. Fun playing four square!

Houston is obviously working on their game, schemes, plays, conditioning, all that fun stuff, but you have to remember that football is a game that's meant to be fun! At least that's what the Texans seem to think so too. They use the game to have some fun but it also has some practicality to it.

"We come out a half our early just to play four square as our warmup, and it's a great warmup because you stretch while you're in line you play four square," JJ Watt said. "It's competitive. It's fun, and it gets heated quickly, but it's a great way to warm up, and obviously we bust each other's chops pretty good."

Houston continues training camp through August 17 at Greenbrier which, by the way, would be an absolutely beautiful facility to spend time at.

They open their preseason games on August 19 against the New England Patriots.
