    Cooper blows out Frenship 62-3

The Cooper Cougars move to 4-0 on the season with a 59 point beat down of Class 6A Frenship on Friday night.
Cooper's offense has been dominant throughout the season, but their defense really stepped up today with four turnovers that led to touchdowns.
"I thought they did a great job, very very pleased with their performance, I thought they did a really good job of adjusting to some of the stuff we hadn't seen from Frenship and certainly growing and maturing on defense," Cooper head coach Todd Moebes said.
QB Ender Freeman didn't throw his first touchdown pass until the second quarter to put the Cougars up 28-3. Oh, and did we mention that Ender actually caught a touchdown pass on Friday night?
The Cougars led 49-3 at the half, and they kept it up from in the second half. They would finish Frenship off with a final score of 62-3, and move to 4-0 for the first time since 2010.
"It feels great. Certainly going to enjoy it for about 48 hours then we gotta huge test next week but these guys have certainly done a great job and certainly enjoy, deserve to enjoy it," Moebes said.
