Abilene High gets their first win of 2017

The Abilene High Eagles finally have a W in the win column this season.
AHS took down Odessa 31 to 21 on Thursday night to get their first win of 2017.
Del Van Cox said, " "
The Eagles have had a problem with starting slow in their first three games, but that was not the case against the Bronchos.
Raekwon Millsap scored the first touchdown of the game on Abilene High's second drive, and the Eagles kept it up from there.
Doak Holloway scored on a beautiful pass from Andrew Ezzell in the second, and a trick play where Wes Berry threw the TD pass to Millsap topped off Abilene High's first half of the game to lead Odessa 21-7.
AHS would kick a field goal in the third and cap it off with a touchdown pass from Ezzell to Tyler Bridges to seal the deal with a 10 point victory over the Bronchos.
The Eagles start district next week as they host Haltom on Friday.
