    Cooper's offense has fire power

The Cooper Cougars get another shot at the Aledo Bearcats in the third round of the playoffs on Friday night.
The Cougars are bringing one of the best offenses, if not the best offense, in the history of the school. They can hit you for a touchdown from any place on the field.
Last week for example, the Coogs scored 5 touchdowns from 30 or more yards out. That kind of fire power makes Cooper a very dangerous team.
Todd Moebes said, "It's certainly a luxury to have. It's not always always by design. We've got some good football players that certainly do their job well. They win match ups, and they've got the speed when they get in the open field to break big plays. We'd be happy with a conversion and being able to move the chains. That's what we focus on to continue to have positive plays, maintain possession of the football, and if there's an explosive play, then fantastic."
The Cougars' offense gets tested on Friday by Aledo, but Aledo is mortal. They are allowing 23 points a game in the last three games.

Cooper and the Bearcats meet at Shotwell Stadium. The Cougars are 0-2 all time against Aledo.
