    Lions' dominate in all areas

It's not a surprise that the Albany Lions are still alive in the third week of postseason.
Head coach Denney Faith's team is rolling with 12 consecutive wins, and no one is even coming close to challenging them. What makes this team so good?
Well it's pretty simple. You can't score on them, and offensively, they spread the ball around. That means any Lion can beat you.
Albany head coach Denney Faith said, "It's somebody different every week, and when you can do that and the defense can key on one kid you can counter that. We've been able to do that all year long. We feel good about what we are doing offensively. Defensively, we are playing well, too. We gave up the one long run in the first half, other than that, we felt like we played pretty well defensively. We're excited about where we're at. We know it's just going to keep getting tougher, but our kids are ready."
Albany is one of three Big Country schools still alive in the class 2A division two playoffs.
The Lions take on Lindsay on Friday night in Mineral Wells at 7.
