The Indians trailed the Badgers 13-7 in the first quarter, then were able to take a 14-13 lead.
Merkel took a 19-14 lead in the third, but that's when Comanche ran away with it.
In 3A Div. II, the Colorado City Wolves falls to Canadian 45-8.
Tonight's game snapped the Wolves 11 game winning streak.
This makes back-to-back Big Country schools that Canadian has taken down in two weeks. The Wildcats beat Eastland last week.
