2017 BCH Sports Region Semifinals Game Balls

Onto another week of playoff football!! We lost a lot of great Big Country schools in the region semifinals this week, but even in losses, we had some great performances. It's time to give out our 14th round of BCH Sports Game Balls.
Cooper's strong postseason run might have come to an end at the hands of Aledo on Friday night, but Ender Freeman gets his final Game Ball of the season for his performance. The senior quarterback threw for 405 yards with 3 touchdowns in one of the best passing games in Cooper history. Freeman ends his career at Cooper with 3,546 yards passing and 33 TDs.
Next up, Comanche's Colton Roberts got a win on Friday night, and he also gets a Game Ball this week! The Indians running back had 217 yards rushing with four of Comanche's five touchdowns in their 35-19 rematch win over Merkel. The Indians are moving onto the state quarterfinals this week, and they'll match up with Brock on Friday at 7:30 at Shotwell Stadium.
And finally, we don't have any video from this game, but Albany's Adam Faith gets his first Game Ball of the season. The senior receiver caught 10 passes for 147 yards and two touchdowns, and also caught an interception on defense, in Albany's 55-7 beat down over Lindsay. Albany meets up with Muenster for a battle of the top teams on Friday at 7 in Iowa Park.
So as always, a huge congratulations to these guys, and keep on rolling this week Albany and Comanche!
