Cooper's Carr signs to play soccer in England

Over at Primetime there was an unusual signing for the Big Country.
While it's not unusual for athletes from Abilene to sign letters of intent to play their sport at the college level, but Cooper soccer player took it to another level Tuesday.
He signed with the Richmond University International Academic & Soccer Academy from England.
That's right, he's leaving the country to play soccer in the heart of the soccer world.
Noah Carr said, "It's awesome, it's surreal. Honestly like as every little kid I always wished to play professional as a little kid. I mean to believe I actually get, I mean I'm not getting paid in turn I'm playing against people who are so technically I am, so it's just crazy to realize that it actually does happen. Being from a small town there's people who are like no, you're not going to make it, you can't do it, blah blah blah. Just to be able to do it, is awesome."
Now thats done. The high school soccer season is next.
First game is at the end of December.
