Last month, Rouse senior center Austin Meyer gave a verbal commitment to Rice’s basketball program. A move-in who won a championship in Oklahoma last season, the six-foot-nine-inch, 205-pound Meyer has recorded a 15-point performance against Vandegrift and a 10-point effort against Waco Midway this year.
