Lampasas’ Badgers will have a new leader this fall.
The Killeen Daily Herald reported last week that Lampasas football coach Brian Emerson had announced his retirement. Emerson went 10-20 in his three seasons with the Badgers, but he won 163 games over his 26 seasons as a head coach.
