On Monday night at Dripping Springs High School, St. Michael’s (20-11-1) swept Regents in three sets to advance to the TAPPS Class 5A state tournament in Brownwood. On Friday night at Howard Payne University, St. Michael’s will face Midland Christian (27-7) in a semifinal match. If the Crusaders win, they will play in the TAPPS 5A final on Saturday afternoon.
