Fred Kerley, a senior at Texas A&M, and Oregon junior Raevyn Rogers were named the outdoor college Athletes of the Year by Track & Field News on Wednesday.
A graduate of Taylor High School, Kerley went unbeaten in the men’s 400 meters this season and set the college record with a world-leading time of 43.70 seconds.
