Longtime high school football fan Ed Ramsey dies at age of 88
High school football in Austin lost one of its most loyal fans earlier this week when Ed Ramsey died June 25 at the age of 88.
Ramsey was a constant and loyal presence for 25 years at Westlake football games and practices. When it came to his lifeโs passions, Ramsey often told friends that Westlake football ranked just ahead of golf and jogging.
