Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt did not practice on Wednesday due to a back issue.
Watt was at practice, but did not participate. He played all but four plays in Sunday's 44-26 loss at Miami.
When head coach Bill O'Brien addressed the media after practice he said, he's dealing with a minor issue, but he expected him to play on Sunday.
When asked where the issue was since it would be revealed shortly on the injury report, he said it's a minor back issue.
Watt addressed the media just a few minutes later and said, "I agree with everything he (coach O'Brien) said. I'm dealing with a minor back issue and he expected to play on Sunday.
Watt has not missed a game in his four plus seasons in the NFL.
