When the teams meet for the 54th time in a District 29-5A game at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Harlandale Memorial Stadium, bragging rights will not be the only thing on the line.
Each team is seeking its first win, a rarity. Harlandale (0-9, 0-4) is last believed to finish a season winless when it went 0-9-1 in 1971. McCollum (0-9, 0-4) was 0-10 in 1996.
Harlandale leads the series 27-24-2, including five straight victories.
