Bucs' Godwin likely out for year, Evans until bye

Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin will undergo surgery on his left ankle injury and will "probably be out for the year," while Mike Evans likely will be out until after the team's Week 11 bye because of his hamstring injury.
