Some interesting observations:

• Last year's LSC top 10 was dominated by 8 DFW schools, only 2 DFW schools managed to stay on this year's list.
• Realignment seems to have had the effect that the UIL wanted, as this year's list had a broader geographic mix, 4 schools from GHA, 2 each from DFW and Austin, plus 1 each from SA and West TX.
• Only one of the Football finalists or semifinalists made the LSC list.
• What happened to the state's largest school?? Last year Allen finished 3rd in the LSC standings, but didn't even make the list this year
• The 2015 LSC will be SLC's 4th in a row; not bad for a school whose enrollment is right around the median for 6A and who has less than 1/2 of the enrollment of the state's largest school. .

Conroe The Woodlands? Is The Woodlands in Conroe ISD?

Allen was put into the most competitive district in the area for all around athletics. They had sports miss out on the playoffs all together that did very well a year ago it seemed.
Congrats to the kids at Carroll. Your district didn't prove to be as tough as I thought it would be overall but congrats on winning none the less

Conroe The Woodlands? Is The Woodlands in Conroe ISD?

Yes it is. Back in the day they were called Conroe McCollough. I think they changed to The Woodlands in the mid 90s
